ITAT Order is a free daily register of orders of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) and the GST Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT). Each entry gives the appeal number, bench, year, section, what the Tribunal held and a short history of the case, with the source of the order.
How do I find an ITAT order by ITA number?
Open ITAT Orders and type the ITA number, for example 1234/Del/2025, in the search box. You can also search by the name of the assessee, the section, the bench or the year.
Can I comment on an order?
Yes. Every order has a discussion section where readers can post comments, reviews and arguments. Sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password to post under your name.
Can I get a copy of an order?
Yes. Open the order and use “Request a copy”. The fee is shown on the order page and is confirmed on WhatsApp before payment.
